Introducing PrudentRx
Your CVS Caremark prescription plan has collaborated with PrudentRx to offer a program that may be able to save you money. It starts July 1, same as the new CVS Caremark start date.
Members who participate in the Prudent Rx program will have $0 out-of-pocket costs for covered specialty medication(s) that are on your plan’s PrudentRx program drug list.
For members previously enrolled in the “Rx Cap” program through Capital Rx, the Prudent Rx program through your new CVS plan is very similar. If you currently take one or more eligible specialty medications, you can expect a phone call from a PrudentRx Member Advocate to facilitate enrollment in the program.
A trained PrudentRx member advocate will also assist you in enrolling in an available manufacturer assistance program for your medication(s).
