Men’s Health Week
Men’s Health Week is June 15–21, 2026, and it’s a great reminder to focus on preventive care and overall well-being. This week highlights the importance of early detection and encourages men to take proactive steps toward better health—both physically and mentally.
We encourage you to schedule any overdue checkups, screenings, or annual exams. Regular visits with your primary care provider can help identify potential concerns early and keep you on track with your health goals. Small actions—like getting enough sleep, staying active, and making balanced nutrition choices—can have a meaningful impact over time.
As part of this week’s focus, we’re sharing a short video about prostate cancer screening—an important topic for men’s health. Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers among men, and when detected early, it is often highly treatable.
Screening options, such as a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test, may be recommended based on your age, risk factors, and medical history. Be sure to talk with your healthcare provider about what screening approach is right for you, especially if you have a family history or other risk factors.
Men’s Health Week is also a reminder that mental health matters.
Taking time to manage stress, talk openly about challenges, and seek support when needed is just as important as physical health. If you or someone you know needs support, resources are available through our benefits program.
