What happens after you complete your health assessment?
You will receive a personal health report:
- A risk score <– also known as a health score
- Your top strengths <– shows what you are doing right
- Your top health risks <– shows what you need to improve
- Health risk grid <– compares your results to 15 categories
After the report:
- You will receive recommendations for online programs that are right for you
- If you are a tobaccos user the Tobacco Focus may be your first step!
You choose the goals to work on, when to be reached and the pace.
